Man, there's a reason they say that citrus and meat go well together. Congratulations on the fame, Tangerine.

about FL studio: the program doesn't use a lot of ram, almost all the work goes to the microprocessor (or cpu) so yes, it's time to change it.

Tangerine responds:

Yeah, FL Studio itself doesn't but the plugins I use do. And orchestral plugins can be quite intense, especially if I've got 50 of em open xd

Ok, I like the song, but the EQ can be improved a lot. I understand that the aim may have been to make it sound like a TV from the beginning of the millennium would play it... But it feels like a lot of harmonics are lost, and the sounds don't complement each other well.

I also notice that you like to use a rhythm sample quite a lot xD

limiezzz responds:

unfortunately i wasnt trying to give it the crappy tone but when i exported it from flstudio it just came out sounding like that. i dont know what happened but i was going for a camellia style song, which i think i achieved fairly well if you listen to some of their stuff. thanks for feedbacc

There are several things to say here.

The first is that the song follows its structure well, the second is that I think the sample that covers most of the main frequencies ends up wearing out after the second round :(

The arpeggiator notes seem to be the same throughout most of the track.

And in the final part, it feels like something is missing, maybe some reverb, or a pad to muffle a bit of that silence before the final chord.

it's just what I think

limiezzz responds:

yeah its supposed to be a loop esc style plus i made it really quick because i needed it for a gamejam lmao so i just used the same drum beat. quality stuff coming soon tho

Both the bass and the lead sound quite good and even give a feeling of relaxation and mystery at the same time. However, I think it lasts too short, so that you can't really immerse yourself in the song.

If you feel stuck at a certain point in a song, remember that you can always vary the notes, change the priority of the instruments and, above all, repeat certain parts with a few variations or additions.

GooblesMusikk responds:

I thought that too... I'm working on it right now, but it isn't really that much longer. It's like a fleeting memory. Anyways thanks for the feedback! And I'm glad you like it :) /updated

Nice Riff dude. Have you thought to use sibelius to translate this to digital? :3

WallyAliBear responds:

I don't have a laptop. does that work well on phone? Or is there an app you'd recommend that I may connect from my phone to my keyboard? I really have to get into composition haha 😥😬

Good work with the loop and EQ. It's perfectly for a game!

Pomarzyn responds:

Thanks! I'm trying to better my EQ more every day.

More than a track, it's feels like a loop. is a nice work :)

Pomarzyn responds:

Thanks again! I tried to bring aspects and some characteristics of each song that I was inspired by.
